Paul Harris is Owner and COO of H&M Transmission and Automotive responsible for daily operations, quality overview, and specialty transmission production.  Paul started his own business in Hutchison Kansas in 1996.  In 2004, he moved to Castle Rock and worked at the Transmission Clinic, LLC, where he established a solid business leading to the store’s most profitable year in 2005.  In 2006 he moved to Mr Transmission in Colorado Springs.  There, he improved the store so dramatically, it went from #135 of 152 stores nationwide to #12.  In 17 years at H&M, Paul continues to be key to the business gaining and annual 15 to 20% increase in gross sales. He is the proud father of 4 boys and 1 daughter. He is an avid Pontiac fanatic and drag racer, winning multiple times over his 35+ years racing, in his High School car.

Greg is our Service Writer with over 20 years experience. Graduate of McPherson College with a bachelor’s degree in Restoration Technology, he owned his own restoration shop for over 7 years. Greg enjoys his spare time with his wife, 2 young boys, his dog and 2 cats.  He is a baseball card enthusiast. 

Stephana is our Shop Manager and facilitates all of our clerical and administrative operations.  She is a avid quilter and mother of 3 who has over 30 years of administrative experience.  Steph holds an AS in Business Management and a BS in Criminal Justice.  Steph has been an invaluable addition to H&M and has been pivotal in the administration and clerical aspects of the company. Paul got her started in drag racing a few years ago. She is the winner of the 2024 Nitro Knockout Queen Street and Points Champion in the Queen Street Class. She also won the Ram Air Class of the 35th Annual Pontiac Uprising. 

Chad is also a Colorado native and a veteran. He has travelled the world. He is our lead diesel emissions inspector. 

K took ACC Auto 1 at Ponderosa High School. He is also a graduate of Lincoln Tech for automotive.
